The steps below can be completed prior to actual land selection and purchase but it is recommended that the custom design features of our planning process take into consideration the unique features of the building site.

Develop a list of client needs, floor plan preferences, exterior  interior details, material specifications and site plan details.

Develop initial sketch of floor plans and exteriors.  Complete first pass of estimated construction pricing.

Develop detailed construction drawings.

Use detailed construction drawings to create a fixed price estimate for construction of the residence.

Obtain financing for the construction given the total costs of the custom home project.

Pull Permits and begin construction.
